光子人工微结构,新型闪烁发光材料,新型半导体辐射探测材料与器件。开展微纳光子学与核辐射探测的交叉研究,致力于解决探测器中闪烁体光输出效率低、发光方向性差、时间弥散严重等制约系统性能提升的瓶颈问题,利用光子人工微结构对闪烁发光的调控实现探测系统性能的突破。在Physical Review B、Applied Physics Letters, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces等期刊发表SCI论文100多篇,总他引超过500次。获得授权国家发明专利20项,国际发明专利2项。承担重点基础加强课题1项,国家自然科学基金6项。研究成果在国家重大科学试验中取得成功应用。
